For red tide heterobay algae, under the action of 7.5 ~ 12.5 mg · L-1 APG, the growth of algal cells first showed a dull reaction, that is, the density of algal cells decreased within 24 hours after adding APG, and then the algal cells began to grow.
赤潮生物 Prorocentrum dentatum 0201.01 および Heterosigma akashiwo を使用して、異なる初期密度の藻類細胞に対するアルキルグリコシドの阻害および殺傷効果を研究しました。結果は、アルキルグリコシドが特定の濃度範囲で 2 つの赤潮生物の増殖を大幅に阻害できることを示しています。アルキルグリコシドの投与量をさらに増やすと、藻類細胞が運動性を失い、破壊され、さらには溶解する可能性があります。アルキルグリコシドは赤潮対策において一定の応用の可能性があることがわかります。
赤潮防除の方法の 1 つは、化学殺藻剤を使用して赤潮生物を抑制し、殺すことです。現在、赤潮の生物学的防除の実験研究では、硫酸銅および徐放性銅イオン殺藻剤、粘土および改質粘土、オゾン、二酸化塩素、ブロモゲラミン、ヨードフォア、イソチアゾリノンなどの有機殺藻剤など、さまざまな化学薬品が使用されています。最近、第四級アンモニウム界面活性剤とサバンチン生物界面活性剤が赤潮の生物学的処理に使用されていることが報告されています。
